Xerox Frugal Color Campaign


It started as a healthy creative shootout at Y&R for Xerox's new affordable color campaign. Two other guys and myself were up against the creative mainstays on the account, which, I guess made us the underdogs? Next thing you know, we're shooting Beth Littleford with Joe Pytka and animating computerized goats with a Russian guy named Alexi. Mother is proud. Check it.

FrugalColor.com

The Frugal Color website, frugalcolor.com put the fun back in fundamental fiscal responsibility. It also had a goat that would literally eat your trash, a tool that converted any word in to a business savvy acronym, and 60% click-through rate to purchasing info.

Frugal Color Banner Ads

The online ads for the campaign managed to tease the site as well as deliver the core message. In the end they performed almost twice the industry standard in click-through rates.
